Entry requirements
Applicants don’t need any prior experience or qualifications to enrol on the AAT Level 2 Certificate and Level 3 Diploma in Accounting course, but should have reasonable numeracy and communication skills and an interest in how businesses work.
You must be over 19, and if English isn’t your first language, you’ll need an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent. Students must also have access to Microsoft Word and Excel to complete the course.

Assessment
You’ll be assessed through eight computer-based AAT exams sat at your local AAT centre.
There are four computer-based assessments for the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Accounting course, and four computer-based assessments for the AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting course, all of which you’ll sit at an AAT exam centre.
You’ll also complete online mock tests throughout your course to ensure you’re well-prepared for your exams.
Please note that your AAT exam fees and other fees aren’t included in the course cost.
